Wisdom teeth have successfully been removed.
On any given day you might think I’m doing just fine by looking at my outside — but inside, I’m screaming.
What I take issue with in this video is the labeling of self-hatred as “fat talk”.
I’m really saying “I’m not ready to talk about it.”
Dissociating to a certain extent can help me keep the pain at bay until I can deal with it, in small pieces.
